Introducing Debra Drukarz Therapy, a space for you.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate ” - Carl Jung

My Approach

Welcome I’m Debra,

I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Registered Therapist (MBACP), with an Accredited Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I work psychodynamically, which means I am trained to help uncover unconscious processes that may be impacting on your life.

My focus is to facilitate a supportive and safe space to assist you in developing greater self awareness, coping strategies and promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing.

I offer individual and couples therapy. I employ the Imago Method in my couples work.

A Safe and Non-Judgemental Space

Therapy can be challenging and at times difficult, but the rewards can be powerful.

My focus is to provide a supportive, confidential and professional space in which we together can think, make sense of your feelings and gain better understanding.

Our therapeutic relationship can help you develop insight and affect positive change.

Client Reviews

Thank you sincerely for your supportive counselling... your gentle, but nonetheless challenging approach, has helped me recenter myself and question some of my choices, attitudes and coping mechanisms in a very safe space. This has allowed me to make significant progress on a ‘sunnier’ journey.
— Mrs S. R.
Thank you for helping me through a difficult time... I feel more insightful and self-aware.

Couples’ Review

Sessions with you have been really helpful in going a bit deeper and understanding underlying themes/reasons/subconscious motivations behind my actions and choices. It’s also really helped me in learning how to listen to understand rather than listening to respond. I feel I can now really listen and hear what I’m being told rather than what I want to hear. I feel you’ve been really gentle with us when needed but also probed and helped us to dig deeper when needed and I’ve felt seen and understood by you. I also felt supported by you and I’m really grateful for the experience. Thank you again!
— Ms A. M.
